1) How do I sign up for a membership with

When you are ready to join as a member, first read the membership terms of service on the join page.   Then click any Payment Option link depending on your choice of payment options whether it be Credit Card, Online Check, or Snail Mail.  You may join for one, two, three or six months (A month is 28days)!  Some payment options use recurring billing, meaning you will be rebilled until you cancel the re-billing.  You will continue to have access to the site until the end of your billing period, regardless of when you cancel.

We now offer instant access!  If you join via ccBill transaction, you will have the opportunity to choose a username and password. If you join by another method, you will be e-mailed your access codes usually within 24-48 hours of your payment.  You must check your email address you supplied for this information.  In some cases, such as during a server crash or an internet outtage, your access codes may be delayed - if so please send an email to We will do whatever we can to give you access as soon as possible.

2) How do I cancel my membership (recurring memberships)?

If you have difficulty cancelling your membership, please send an email to with your request.  Be sure to include your username.  Unless you specifically request early termination, upon cancellation your membership will remain active and not expire until the end of your pre-paid term.

For all other inquiries, send an email to with any information you do have regarding your account, including transaction numbers, and email account used to join.  Be Warned!!  Membership fates will be decided on a case-by-case basis with little tolerance of less than saintly intentions.

4) For whatever reason, can I get a refund?

Generally, there are no refunds of membership fees.  Like all pay internet sites, you should adopt a "Try it at your own risk" approach.  In some rare situations, refunds may be issued - plead your case via email to

5) What are the system requirements needed to view FetishNails content?

All material is designed to be experienced via web browser.  However, some hardware, software, and/or settings may be more appropriate/appealing than others.  The site will run and look fine in most browsers, but looks best in Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher with a screen resolution of 1024 X 768 or higher.  Naturally, high speed internet such as DSL/Cable is recommended over dial up connections for the most entertaining experience.

To play the videos which currently use Microsoft's Windows Media 8 or RealPlayer Codecs, Microsoft Media Player 6.4 or RealPlayer 8 or higher is required.  Also, a reasonably modern pc is required to play video that is not too choppy.  If you have problems viewing video, please send an email to explaining the problem.

6) How do I get to the Members Area and what can I expect there?

If you have a valid username and password, access the Member's Area by clicking on the Membership link on the home page.  You will need to enter your name and password.  Inside you will have access to all published material from all prior updates.
